I do currently a bit spiritual research into fear. It isn’t finished, not yet come to full fruition, although the first fruits are already there for me, so I thought I share a bit with you.
As eurythmist I sense, or try to sense, where fear comes from, from which direction, or where it’s found in the aura or body. Every direction has a meaning. (Cue future eurythmy direction explanation)
Some fear is coming from outside me. Currently where I am conscious about are heaps and hills of it behind my back, slowly creeping towards me.
Others are inside me or my aura, as tendrils, rooted in to be discarded memories* (wilted ethereal forces), memories that have served a purpose but are a bit stuck on their way out.
The fear from behind, if being unnoticed, slowly fills my aura and body with fear, from the feet upwards. That’s getting cold feet? Maybe; fear is a factor in cold hands and feet.
Luckily it quickly disappears when noticed. I try to make a habit to be aware of it after waking up, so it won’t bother me during the day. A eurythmy exercise for it isn’t ready yet.
The fear tendrils, wrapped around and in my body…. Those are harder. One has to discard the wilted ether forces* and that’s currently a slow, sometimes intense, process. That will be probably a next text. It’s about being conscious, but also about knowing all 4 temperaments in yourself.
*discarded memories, wilted ethereal forces; we’ve experienced things in the past, even past lifes, and inherited some energy from our parents. We may have learned from it, maybe not, but they are no longer needed, no longer useful. Like a flower that has wilted and maybe has given a seed, maybe not, but now may be discarded to the earth, to become compost and new ethereal forces.
