Health observations 2 Dutch here
I have this idea how the hiccup (hiccough) works on a more spiritual, will force, level. Would you want to try if this idea works for you as well?

When you get the hiccups, watch what you want now and remember what you wanted just before.
Is there a sudden brake in what you wanted, a sudden push, pull, or negative thought, that broke your direction where you were going?

For example: I wanted to play my handpan drum, I was very enthousiast, just about to play, until a thought broke through; “no! You’re supposed to call your sister before 12, otherwise it’s too late!”.
(not the best example, next time I have the hiccups I change it to the real thing. I haven’t had hiccups in a while)

My idea is that if your will is flowing in a certain direction and something breaks the flow abrupt, you’ll get the hiccups. The breaking force sends your will force flailing, creating disturbance in/above the centre of your will (around the diaphragm), with an up-force, especially if the breaking force has a lot of stress behind it.

The solution would be something of relaxing your will. Not focussing to much on what you wanted, relax a bit about what the breaking force expects from you. Be in the centre of the wills-forces.*

Do these observations match what you experience around hiccups? Does the solution work?
Please comment if it works, or doesn’t work.
