Sleep
When you go sleeping, your clear consciousness fades away. Wenn awake, your consciousness is focused in the solid matter in your body and a little around your body. (see Spiritual Structure) The process of falling asleep is spreading out your consciousness around you, so it becomes spread out more outside your body then inside.
At the same time, the spirit is also spreading out. Awake it’s more focused in belly, breast and head, when asleep, is spread over the whole surrounding.
When dreaming, the consciousness is focused, but not in your body, but somewhere around your body, or more low inside your body, not around the head.
Waking up is the gathering of the consciousness in head, especially the skull, and upper part of the body.
